Delivery methods and costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:

Home delivery:

• Standard delivery Italy - € 8.00 / (per unit upto 2kg)

  The estimated delivery time will be between 4-6 working days, depending on the delivery address.

• International's delivery - € 25.00 /(per unit unto 2kg)

  The estimated delivery time will be between 5-7working days.

If you have purchased as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; if and when the order status allows to do so.

Order Status

You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

You can also find this information in the Purchase section of you account.  If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.

These are the stages your order will go through:

• Bought: your order has been placed successfully.

• Being processed: we’ve received your order details.

• Being prepared: your order is being prepared in our warehouse.

• Sent: your order has already left our premises.

• Collected by courier: your order is on its way and will be delivered soon.

• Delivered to customer: your order has been delivered.

Cuvget.com is currently only available in selected areas. Contact us to see if we can deliver to your country.

Split orders

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment..
