Returning items.

 

You can return ordered items for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

 

The items have to be returned in an unused, resalable condition when you return them. Products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

If you have received the incorrect item in your order or a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter. You will need to return the item to us so we can issue a refund or a replacement.

 

Here’s how to proceed.

 

1: contact us at customersupport@cuvget.com telling us you want to return an item.

2. We will send you a prepaid return postage label

3. Down load and print the return form and follow the instructions and fill out

4. Repackage the goods and remember to include the return form inside the package.

5. Fill in your name and address (THE SENDER) on the prepaid postage label and deliver to post office.

 

Please note that a refund can take up to 28 days to be processed back onto your card by your bank.
